Key Responsibilities for Associate Role
- Customer Support Associate – WFH with Tech Mahindra
- Do billing and invoicing.
- Make sure invoices are correct and sent on time
- Keeping customer records updated and verified in the system (CRM)
- Invoice adjustments (credits; re-billing)
- Respond to queries or emails from internal teams, Clients
- Track and monitor the daily KPIs.
- Follow up of company processes and change working instruction whenever required.
- Keep accurate records and records.
- Work well with/ around colleagues to get things done.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of the work done
Eligibility Criteria for Associate
- Graduates from any recognized university
- Graduate degree in B.Com, BBA, BA, and Science courses;
- Some understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and basic accounting concepts.
- Interpersonal skills and communication
- Candidate must have basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer Applications.
- Your ability to process invoices and keep your financial records up to date
- Ability to pay attention to details and come up with solutions
