Key Responsibilities of a Export Executive- Lab Specialist
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor ledger reconciliations & foreign currency exposures (USD/INR) reconciliation
- Keep exact financial accounts of all transactions for imports/exports, including high-value gems, jewelry and rough diamonds.
- Expertise to make accurate calculations and validations of the export benefit, 100% claim accuracy
- Automated validation sheets for exported/imported items, preparing Bill of Entry vs Shipping Bill reconciliation
- Verify accuracy of vendor invoicing, freight bills, and CHA (Clearing House Agent) statements against internal shipment trackers
- Formulate checks on GR Waiver and ensure Export Proceeds Realization Certificates (EPRC) norms are adhered to as per RBI directives
- Assist in month-end/year-end closings, GST exports refund filings and internal/external audits
- MIS Reports : On export realization ratios, duty savings and cost-per-carat analyses
