Responsibilities for Software Engineer Role
- Assist with environment readiness, configuration, and release/deployment tasks utilizing basic knowledge under the direction of senior engineers and implementation partners.
- Help resolve incidents and service requests related to MES (application access, environment, integration and performance issues) per ITSM and SLA guidelines.
- Assist site IT/business teams, and other related IT teams in the investigation, identification of the root cause, and resolution of MES issues within the prescribed time limits.
- Aid in the revision of support MES knowledge articles and create support documentation (SOPs, runbook) and address support issues reporting (SI).
- Gain understanding of MES operating model (L1/L2 support, site and global responsibilities, etc.) and service maturity and change/release practices.
