Responsibilities for Process Associate Order Management – Health Care (Voice)
- Process and handle healthcare orders correctly and expediently.
- Respond to client’s queries through all available voice mediums relative to the orders.
- Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Help& Track orders, and update statuses in the system.
Eligibility for for Process Associate
- Education:
- Bachelor Degree (any stream) will be required.
- Business / Commerce / Healthcare experience is also desirable.
- Experience:
