Key Responsibilities of Customer Support Executive

  • Respond to customer issues pertaining to travel bookings and services
  • Assistance with reservations, cancellations and changes as per schedules booking or schedule change
  • Call to resolve customer issues in the most professional way
  • Keep well-updated customer and booking records
  • Provide highest level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
