Associate Engineer Roles & Responsibilities

• Involved in each step of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) from planning to maintenance
• Create product functions, internal applications and advanced workflows for millions of users
• Use LLM APIs and AI structures to create automated workflows and intelligent agents
• Use AI focused development tools to rapidly create and implement designs
• Create and support data flows for AI and ML
• Review programming work and implement engineering practices
• Create systems to regularly evaluate AI to better its performance and effectiveness

Skillset Required:

• Hands on knowledge of AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT
• Computer Science Fundamentals with a focus on Python and design of systems
