- Daily and monthly call and sales targets are met.
- New customers are acquired, and sales from existing ones are increased.
- All quality rules are followed, and set guidelines are maintained.

- Resumes, cover letters, and other documents are written for clients using Naukri FastForward services.
- Clients are assisted from start to finish—their needs are understood, resumes are written, and changes are made until approval is given.

- Half of the time is spent talking to clients, and the other half is spent writing resumes.
