Roles & Responsibilities For Apprentice
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide hotel information. Escort guests to rooms/properties.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Respond smoothly to guest requests and follow up in timely manner.
- If necessary arrange for luggage assistance with the Bell Desk.
- Aid with the maintenance and accuracy of guest profiles and posting information to PMS (Opera).
- Assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
- Notice how you managed with reservations, walk-ins, rooms and upsells.
- Inspect lobby for cleanliness and notify housekeeping or engineering if there are any problems.

- Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
