Key Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator
- Managing how new hires are going to be recruited and on-boarded.
- Keeping employee records and company policies and compliance.
- Helping to train and develop programs.
- Supporting performance and employee engagement programmes.
- Responding to employee queries and offering HR support.
- Making certain payroll is processed and all benefits are paid correctly.
- Helping to plan company events and employee wellness initiatives.
- Keep HR files and database information up-to-date.
- Working with the other HR teams to roll out processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities of the Analyst
- Look into problems with applications and how they are set up, then find and use the right answers.
- Answer calls quickly and correctly about any question or problem with software and hardware used by Invesco that Infra CX is in charge of.
- Show and provide excellent care to all clients at all times.
- Complete software and hardware installations, updates, one-off projects, moves, and rollouts as needed, making sure everyone is happy. This includes the duties of fixing and first-line phone service.
- Keep a central library with reference manuals, installation guides, and other materials for the apps that the Infra CX group is in charge of. As part of this, we need to keep our hardware inventories, application profiles, process databases, and the Technology knowledge center up to date.
