What You Will Be Doing As Engineering Operations Analyst
- Familiarize yourself with how customers use InSight® and stay up to date as new features are deployed.
- Monitor platform capacity, customer usage, and other performance metrics of the application.
- Recommend, design, and implement new alerts to improve platform stability and customer experience.
- Report on application usage, resource capacity, and other key performance indicators.
- Advocate for application changes and improvements.
- Application Incident Reporting & Customer Communication
- File and track new incidents from discovery through deployment.
- Support Application Engineering investigations into new incidents and alerts.
