- Facilitate complete employee on and offboarding processes
- Keep employee records and HR databases up to date
- Aid in payroll entry, timekeeping and HR compliance efforts
- Liaison with the other teams for HR operations implementation
- Handle employee HR questions and provide resolution in a timely manner
- Draft and maintain HR records and documents
- Ensure completion as per HR Policies, SOPs and statutory compliances
