Senior Implementation Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the general headings of the project with the customer.
- Organise project timelines and make sure they are adhered to.
- Implement in conjunction with staff and users.
- Be aware of and provide options to client needs.
- Monitor the development of projects and deal with newly encountered issues promptly.
- Put in place quality standards and ensure they are met.
