Roles & Responsibilities For Assistant Manager – Product Development
- Analyze any potential risks for the product when needed.
- Make and share schedules for product development, ensuring everyone follows them, and be ready to speed things up if necessary.
- Prepare and share price estimates, discuss profit margins, and keep track of projects that might reduce profits.
- Help design products to provide good value by suggesting useful ideas for packaging, processes, and formulas and making sure those ideas are used.
- Create, share, and improve SPOT scores, which measure how well the products are doing.
