Roles and Responsibilities for Pharmacist
- ssue medicine and store items as per indents received from all locations on time without any errors.
- Quickly identify, return nonproductive, outdates and short-dated product.
- Trap for and purge such things from HIS as soon as possible.
- Support burn of non-moving goods from the warehouse.
- Get OTCs and drugs from suppliers.
- Produce GRNs and pass bills to Accounts.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and other regulations.
- Never allow a stock item to expire.
- Keep up to date all statutory and internal documentation.
- Maintain inventory stock levels and work with vendors to maintain supply chain integrity.
- Create and send documents like invoices, e-way bills.
- Create PR’s as and when required.
- Receipt medicine and dressing to units.
- Ensure medicines are readily available and fill rate of urgent/ auto indents.
