Roles & Responsibilities For IT Helpdesk Analyst
- Assist users with resetting password, account creation and access control.
- Install and update operating systems, software and security patches.
- All Microsoft Office 365, Windows, email, VPN etc. applications supported.
- Monitor the IT systems and offer regular reports of general issues and risks.
- Keep proper records of incidents, solutions and IT procedures.
