- Support finance related activities relating to US time zones and adhering to agreed timelines.
- Activities of support accounts receivable such as cash application, tracking of payments and simple follow up of clients with pre-defined escalation support.
- Make and finalize client billing and invoicing transactions according to relevant policies and procedures.
- Do the accounts payable work like processing invoices, scheduling payments and paying expenses.
- Make elaborate financial transaction reports to assist in royalty invoicing and payments.
- Check on personnel cost reimbursement and pre-approvals.
- List the billing and expense transactions and create a simple financial analysis to be used in management reports.
- Help with completing commission payments, reconciliations and associated reporting.
- Process financial operations and assist in improving processes.
- Processes, and suggest and recommend process improvement.
