Role and responsibilities of an Assistant Manager

• Responsible for timely execution of orders through the go down and plant.
• Responsible for Sales of Domestic Group of Products for the state of Guwahati/ Lower Assam through retail & government network.
• Conducting market surveys for new products and competitors’ activities and give feedback to BO/ZO.
• To increase the dealer network coverage and put more focus on customer/dealer relationship management.
• Collecting outstanding payments/statutory forms of dealers as per Company target.
• Regular contacts with customers/dealers and monitoring dealers’ performance periodically.
• Regularly conducting Plumber meets/Retailer meets to increase secondary retail sales of domestic products

Role and responsibilities of an Senior Supervisor

• Ability to prepare site related documentation work.
• Ability to mobilize the sub-contractors.
• Preparing ROW Compensation Sheet.
• To make sure the proper co-ordination between gang & site so that work will not suffer to complete in stipulated schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Senior for smooth execution of projects.
• Supervising foundation, Erection and Stringing Works
• Assisting surveyor in survey Work
• Assuring Safety and quality work at site
