- Direct management of IT service processes (incident, problem, change, and knowledge management) to operate at timeliness and service quality and availability.
- Regularly report valuable metrics and insights to leadership as evidence of the impact site reliability makes to service users and the achievement of key business objectives.
- Partner with product and software teams to gain an understanding of and track system performance and solve user-reported issues as well as identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop alignment and consensus using influence and negotiation with other teams.
