This role requires you to be a Tech Support, assist the employees, and help resolve IT, hardware, and software-related issues. This role will also require you to troubleshoot the Service Desk Infrastructure, and resolve issues pertaining to the Systems, Networks, or Applications and ensure the IT Services are functioning optimally. You will answer support calls, emails, and chats, and will perform request/incident resolution while providing support with an emphasis on quality and timeliness. Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for end users experiencing IT issues through the Service Desk.
- Accurately and promptly Submit, Update and Close Service Desk Tickets as per SLA.
- Hardware and/or software issues that — when resolved — should improve workflow.
- Work with IT personnel to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates from all streams of UG (BCom, BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, B.Voc,BMS etc.
- Ineligible routines- Students who are enrolled in full–time Postgraduate programs.
- At the level of X, XII, your Diploma and/or you should NOT have scored less than 50% (no exception from 49.9 to 50%) in each of these stages.
- Candidate name not on hold file should have at least 50% aggregate in degree and no backlog during the joining period.
- Online re-evaluation applications were to be filed and latter, the application was to be confirmed against the initially published result.
- CGPA to %: A conversion will be done according to the University norms from which candidate has passed his/her Graduation.
- NOTE: Students with backlogs (FAIL) are NOT 1ST eligible.
