Key Responsibilities of aAssociate
Interview CFOs and functional leaders for clear views on how companies are performing financially.
Interact closely with clients and conduct industry, comparable companies’ and comparable transactions’ research to collect information used in valuation models.
Evaluate the historical track record of companies with annual reports and analyst reports.
Validate the credibility of financial projections by comparing with industry reports and peer companies report.
Create complex valuation models (sensitivities, etc.) to value the companies.
Create thorough valuation reports and presentations for clients.
Maintain the accuracy and consistency of data utilized in valuation analysis and reporting.
Help prepare proposals and pitch decks.
Participate in process improvement projects by finding ways to make processes more efficient.
