Key Responsibilities of a Apprentice

• The candidate will be working on research topics. Some of them can be- India luxury real estate overview. Key market demand drivers, changing preference trends, profitability and performance of various projects nationwide.
• For the purpose of primary field survey and interaction with local brokers etc and to prepare the data bases in various real estate asset classes.
• Most of Flagship Real Estate-based AIFs (Category-II) in India with performance, mkt size and percentage of realty growth in India.
• India consumption and its effect on various real estate asset classes
• India Future: Will It Be Manufacturing Vs. Services Or Both
• Understanding of warehousing system and PAN India warehouse asset class map.
• Senior Living overview PAN India
• MEGA INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS PLANNED ACROSS INDIA & THE EFFECT ON REALTY Dynamic Cities: Though analysts term the move being constructive, land prices within a 20-30-km radius of these cities as well as the states they are located in, has already seen a high and will continue to remain so.
• Retail Industry trends and research report on current and future retail mall supply.

Key Responsibilities of a Executive

• Prepare and maintain detailed project Safety Plan aligned with the overall project goals.
• Generate Reports highlighting the safety observations and action taken to control the safety parameters.
• Define the Safe Working Area for all the work force engaged at site.
• Develop a detailed site logistic Plan for the project.
• Ensure that all the safety inductions and process are followed at site.
• Ensure proper documentation for safety compliance from all the stakeholders
• Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
• Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
• Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
• Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
• Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics
