Job Responsibilities
- Responding to customers’ inquiries and service requests
- Customer support to customers (phone, email, support systems)
- Ensuring the effective implementation of issue resolution and escalation procedures
- Keeping customer records and documents.
- Coordinating with internal teams for problem resolution.
- Meeting the needs of products and services to the satisfaction of customers and maintaining its service quality
