Responsibilities For Intern
- Support business units in monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning and forecasting processes
- Create and manage financial models, dashboards, and reporting templates for business analysis
- Identify the main drivers and trends in variance between actual performance and budget/forecast.
- Assist with creating financial insights and commentary related to executive-level presentations and board materials
- Analyze the financials behind new business initiatives, new product launches and market expansion opportunities
- Responsible for Automation of Reporting via Advanced Excel and BI Tool
- Support the annual budgeting process including data collection, aggregation and scenario modelling
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, generate data summaries on a periodic basis
- Support FP&A processes and systems optimization and automation initiatives
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (or related field)
- Academic Excellence with a Focus on Finance or Accounting, Quantitative Analysis
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)
- Ability to work multiple functions independently and able to perform well on time
- Proactively learn with the learning agility to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
- Previous internship in finance, consulting or analytics (preferred)
- Knowledge of Fintech Business Models & Digital Payments Ecosystem (Nice to have)
