Roles & Responsibilities for Call Center Manager
- Formulate and enact strategies to enhance customer service and operational prowess.
- Interpret call center report and metrics to pin point areas of improvement
- Come up to compliance with the policies, procedures and industry regulations of the company.
- Formulate individual and team performance targets, routinely assess performance.
- To collaborate with regards to issues pertaining to customers
- Oversee spending, operational expenses and resource allocation.
