What You’ll Do
- Use money skills, including understanding of accounting rules like GAAP to help clients with different money, running and tax problems that happen when companies buy or sell other companies.
- Check research and looking into many money and accounting problems that come up when businesses do deals.
- Help make earnings and money flow analyses for companies that are buying or selling other companies.
- Take part in meetings, with the leaders of the companies being looked at.
- Write parts of reports, slides and other things that go to clients.
- Work with the team to handle parts of the project and make sure everything is done on time.
What We’re Looking For
- CPA/CA/MBA Finance/ Bachelor’s in Accounting
- I require a minimum of one to two years of transaction experience including time spent analyzing a target company’s earnings quality (EBITDA) working capital and cash flows.
- I need Excel skills, especially with formulas, like SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH and others.
