Key Responsibilities Required for Apprentice Order-To-Cash
- involvement in the collection of all delinquent accounts, including contacting clients for collections calls and other correspondence
- Enforcing rules and guidelines pertaining to payment processing and collection operations
- delivering prompt customer support for things like tax forms, payment forms, payment problems, and customer refunds
- Keeping an eye on accounts within the designated area, including doing adjustments and reconciliations.
- Resolving client concerns that affect payment by collaborating with other company departments, such as sales, order management, and client services
- Using account evaluations, account notes, and meetings with different business stakeholders, record and communicate customer status

Key Responsibilities Required for ERP Finance Analyst
- Serve as an authority in SQL, Oracle ERP financial modules (such as AR, AP, GL, PO, and OM), report creation, and external system integration.
- Help in the setup, testing, and rollout of new features or improvements in ERP implementations.
- Investigate and fix routine problems with transactional flows in O2C and P2P operations.
- Support and verify the integration of data (such as client orders, billing, invoicing, and sub-ledger data) between Salesforce and Oracle ERP.
- Work together with the Salesforce and IT teams to make sure that business logic is consistent across systems.
- To guarantee correctness and completeness, take part in the mapping, testing, and reconciliation of data flows between systems.
