Responsibilities for Ground Staff
- Support consumers at the ticketing desk and manage the boarding process as well as baggage claim.
- Inform consumers of updated flight and departure information.
- Aid in the safe pickup and delivery of baggage.
- Perform ticketing and ID checks along with various other travel document checks.
- Guide customers in the boarding and disembarkation processes.
- Provide protective supervision and order at the airport and the airport facilities.
- Cooperate with other personnel and pilots for effective seamless service.
- Lead and inform the customers with regards to the service and the service complaints as well as any other problems.
- Guide and provide assistance for the elderly, disabled individuals, or children who are traveling without adult supervision.
- Keep the airport terminal neat and orderly.
