Responsibilities for Mortgage Underwriters Roles in Sutherland
- Examine and evaluate loan applications for mortgages to ensure eligibility.
- Check out borrower paperwork, such as bank and income statements, credit reports, employment information and forms of identification.
- Scrutinize creditworthiness via financial history, credit back ground, repayment ability and risk level.
