- Check the diagnostics remotely and help users step-by-step in solving their issues.
- Install; Configure and Troubleshoot Operating Systems(Predominantly Windows) and softwares
- Live tickets that you create and document, with tasks done within SLAs
- Properly escalate the unresolved issues to appropriate staff.
- Keep logs of problems and their resolution, or tract them in software.

- Excellent communicator with multitasking skills providing good customer service.
Eligibility
