Roles & Responsibilities For Collections Manager
- Ensure implementation of Collections Strategies.
- Managing the assigned portfolio by driving the collections team.
- Recruiting and Training In house as well as outbound teams.
- Identification and empanelment of Collection agencies to ensure proper collections coverage.
- Responsible for achieving monthly targets and bucket wise resolution targets for the assigned region.
- Ensure field collection visits to customers for achieving resolution of allocated accounts.
- Managing NPA and Cost of Collections for the Region.
- To regularly present the performance of the assigned Region to Senior Management.
- Ensure maximum recoveries by collaborating with other teams including Legal/Central collections. • Achieve target collections of Charges and Late payment penalties.
- Ensure Collection Process and Legal guidelines are adhered to and Collections Code of Conduct is followed.

- Support risk assessment and management for Saison International.
- Collaborate with the business teams and risk teams across subsidiaries to support comprehensive risk evaluation.
- Reliably prepare risk reports to risk management committee and improve efficiency over time.
- Learn key aspects of effective monitoring and reporting of risk factors across risk types.
- Support knowledge sharing across risk teams / subsidiaries.
