It is a Domestic BPO Voice Inbound (E-commerce process) in which candidates will be dealing with customer enquiries. The applicants are required to possess i5/ Ryzen 7th generation or higher, 10+ GB RAM and windows 10/11 operating systems, a stable Internet connection with a speed of at least 20 Mbps. Rotational shifts and weekly offs are included in the position with 6 working days and 9 hours of online daily work (8 hours working and 1 hour break). The candidates are expected to have the knowledge of reading Malayalam and simple English. It is a work-at-home position, which is contractual in nature, and provides a good beginning to a candidate who wants to establish a career in the BPO industry.

- Home based BPO Voice Work / Work at Home.
- Candidate should have – have system with following configuration.
- Laptop Government not eligible.
- The laptop is powered by an I5 processor, 10+GB of RAM and it is running on windows 10.
- Internet connection broadband – 30 MBPS and above.
- Only the laptop is suggested, especially to candidates attending the interviews.

- Shift:Rotational Shift and Rotational Week Off Working Days: 6 days working and rotational off Working Hours: 9 hrs of login (8hrs productivity+1hr break)
