Role & Responsibilities for Customer Support Executive
- Receive and place customer calls in/out calling center inquiries related to company information, products or services.
- Offer customers an accurate and timely support.
- Respond to customers complaints and issues in a timely manner and with high level of tenacity with the aim of creating customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Help customers with product or service issues and concerns.
