Roles & Responsibilities For Territory Service Manager
- Supervise and enhance the after sales service activities within the territory assigned.
- Supervise and check dealers/service centers to provide quality service.
- Make sure that customers are satisfied and address complaints.
- Monitor and measure service performance (such as turnaround time, repeat problems)
- Train and guide dealer technicians and service personnel.
- carry out regular service audits and inspections.
- Make sure there is adequate availability of spare parts and inventory.
