Wipro’s School of IT Infrastructure Management (SIM) offers a program specifically designed for Freshers which gives Diploma holders the unique chance to pursue a B. Tech degree in Information Systems while employed full-time at Wipro. Under this scheme, students can obtain a degree from an “Institute of Eminence” (IoE) awarded by the Government of India which Wipro will sponsor for the B. Tech. The SIM program prepares students for the continuously evolving challenges of the IT industry by equipping them with relevant platform and behavioral skills. Candidates must have completed 10th and 12th standards along with the requisite diploma of more than 50% marks. This is valid for students graduating in 2024 and 2025.
Salary Details:
- First Year: INR 12,400 per month
- Second Year: INR 15,488 per month
- Third Year: INR 17,553 per month
- Fourth Year: INR 19,618 per month

Qualification for Wipro SIM
- Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Engineering/Electronics and Communication/Computer Technology/Computer Science and Technology/Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 50% and above
- At most 3 years of educational gap between 10th grade and the start of the Diploma program is permitted.
- Full-time Diploma programs are the only ones recognized. No part-time, correspondence or distance education is accepted for Diploma programs.
- Core Mathematics must be taken as one subject in Diploma.
- Business Mathematics and Applied Mathematics will NOT be regarded as Core Mathematics for the purposes of the Diploma.
- Open school and distance education is permitted for both 10th & 12th or either of them.
- Up to one backlog is permissible till the assessment stage. Candidates are required to clear the backlogs by the end of the sixth semester.
- Eligibility includes holding Indian citizenship or a PIO/OCI card in case of foreign passport.
- Nationals from Bhutan and Nepal must provide their citizenship certificate.
