Responsibilities For Intern, Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment:from sourcing candidates to guiding hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Support Talent Acqusition team in the identification and screening of candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, as well as referrals
- Update and keep current candidate records in ATS.
- reach out to and screen candidates through phone or email for coordinating interviews.
- Support employer branding efforts including social media hiring post creation and campus hiring programs
- Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts such as job fairs, open interviews, and virtual hiring events
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and timeframe for hires
- Create your recruitment reports as well as keep a hiring tracker
- Deliver a superior candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
Qualifications and Prerequisites
