Key Responsibilities Of Scrum Master
- Keep track of, and amend, project plans and update the status of tasks and projects. Proactively address and prepare for risks.
- Regularly inform and update the stakeholders of the status of the delivery dates and the associated risks and issues as well as any delays in the delivery dates.
- Help facilitate project dependencies and focused open communication and teamwork across all sections.
- Proactively address and manage risks, including notifying all relevant parties to minimize the impact on the delivery date.
- Conduct sessions with teams to improve delivery speed and quality by teaching the Agile principles.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or any equivalent qualification.
- The defendant should have minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience as an Iteration Manager or a Scrum Master, working with Agile teams. The worker should have full faith in Agile Scrum values
- The defendant should have excellent skills of risk management and mitigation with ensure successful delivery of products.
