Responsibility for Bill to Cash
- Ensuring payment requests are processed as per financial policies and guidelines
- Run daily cash management tasks including assigning of cash to the ledgers, investigate and communicate variances in excess/unapplied cash are assigned within SLA
- Reconcile incoming & outgoing statements for Clients/ Carriers and update records on operating system.
- Immediately escalate detected anomalies to front end team
- Control ledger maintenance requests on a daily basis and make sure to maintain records of the actions performed on the operating system.
- Remain alert and responsive to urgent activity, raise unresolved issues with the line manager appropriately.
- Handling customer document & backup requests as per the agreed time frames
- Qualify Identify Group policies and procedures and Willis Insurance Essentials followed by all Employees.
