Responsibilities & Qualifications For Deal Processing Specialist :
Responsibilities :

1. Process Incoming Deals: Efficiently and proactively process incoming deals, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Handle Lead Requests: Address incoming lead requests promptly, including both booked and unbooked deals in internal systems.
3. Verify Deal Compliance: Ensure all deal structures and types align with internal requirements for compliance.
4. Provide Deal Visibility: Keep Sales and relevant stakeholders informed about deal processing status within the organization.
5. Maintain Accounts and Records: Update and manage supplier and buyer accounts in internal systems, ensuring readiness for financing, and maintain accurate records of all deal processing activities.

Qualifications :

1. Educational Qualification: University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven experience in trade finance, structured trade finance, or a related sector.
3. Preferred Background: Experience in financial operations or similar roles is a plus.
4. Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to quickly learn new software and systems.
5. Communication & Results-Oriented: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong focus on achieving results and supporting operational excellence.
