| Responsibility 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support and resolving queries in Hindi. 2. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clarity in information exchange and maintaining a positive tone. 3. Maintain call logs and update relevant customer data accurately in the system. 4. Meet performance targets related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. 2. A minimum of 6 months of BPO experience with proper documentation is mandatory. 3. Basic communication skills in English are acceptable, provided grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation are good. 4. Fluency in Hindi is required. 5. Immediate joiners are preferred. 6.
