| Requirements 1.You will work within an Agile development environment with our professional services team to develop & deliver SW components as directed by the Architect or Delivery Manager. 2.Develop software container based micro-services, libraries, and features for Resource Adapters (RAs), Service templates and data model updates (Tosca/Netconf/Yang) in the telco transport domain including internal testing and validation as required. 3.Train and educate yourself on new technologies, Blue Planet products, and new releases. 4.Participate and support customer discussions to understand requirements, clarifications for implementation and conduct user acceptance. Skills 1.Strong software language skills in Python/Java. 2.Experience distilling requirements into an actionable design document. 3.Experience with and technical knowledge of Transport Networks, DWDM, OTN, SONET/SDH, Ethernet. 4.Strong understanding of Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL), Cloud environment (e.g. AWS, OpenStack, etc.) 5.Develop services delivered as Docker or other virtualized containers, Rest API, Micro-services architecture in a DevOps based software development cycle. | |||||
