• Assisting with onboarding of new hardware vendors.
• Monitoring the AP Inbox to ensure invoices are getting forwarded to Tipalti.
• Assisting with responding to vendor inquiries related to billing.
• Processing all inventory related invoices, ensuring appropriate invoice account coding and routing to the appropriate parties for approval.
• Proactively helping resolve matching discrepancies and performing matching to ensure pricing and quantity are in line with related Purchase Orders.
• Assisting Accounting and Finance with ongoing reconciliations of outstanding payable balances with Hardware Vendors.
• Helping to clarify expected timing of payments to vendors.

• Support the global Revenue accounting team by assisting with daily activities and month-end tasks
• Perform various month-end close tasks including preparing journal entries, balance sheet
  reconciliations, supporting schedules, and flux analysis
• Run monthly and quarterly financial reports within NetSuite, Salesforce, and RevPro
• Provide accounting support to the organization for special projects, reporting, and analysis, such as audit support
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure data integrity
• Support, adhere to, and help maintain strong internal control policies and procedures
