| Skills 1.Being able to manage multiple accounts at once, track deadlines, and follow up on outstanding payments systematically. 2.Understanding financial terminology, accounting practices, and the role of AR in the broader accounting function. 3.Familiarity with AR software, Microsoft Excel, or other accounting tools used to track payments and maintain accurate records. 4.The ability to handle rejections or difficulties while maintaining a positive attitude, ensuring follow-ups are timely and consistent. 5.Managing a high volume of calls and cases effectively, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
