Walk-in Drive at Tech Mahindra- International Voice Process Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Interacting with customers over the phone to address their inquiries, provide information, and assist with their concerns or issues.
- Inbound Calls: Receiving incoming calls from customers who need assistance or have questions related to products, services, billing, or other matters.
- Outbound Calls: Making proactive calls to customers for various purposes, such as follow-ups, order confirmations, or customer feedback surveys.
- Issue Resolution: Listening to customer concerns, troubleshooting problems, and working towards resolving their issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Call Documentation: Accurately documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company’s CRM or ticketing system.

- Handling customer & merchant calls.
- Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
- Handling enquiry and service calls.
- Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls.
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers
