Walk-in Drive at HCLTech –Quality Analyst Responsibilities
- Able to identify quality of recommendations made on Advertisers’ campaigns by the Analysts, log them & capture.
- Required to replicate the troubleshooting & corroborate the solutions provided by the Analysts while handling Customer queries.
- Ensure quality metrics are met by assessing accurate samples and monitor process improvement initiatives.
- Responsibilities include agent-wise quality monitoring of transactions (chats, email, call recordings), team level quality analysis, conducting calibration, creative approvals, performing fraud audits and compliance audits, and defining and updating quality frameworks to match the workflows.

- Onboarding: Helping customers get started with the product or service, guiding them through the initial setup, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. This involves regular communication to build strong relationships.
- Product Training and Education: Providing resources and training to help customers make the most of the product or service, often through tutorials, webinars, or documentation.
- Account Management: Acting as a liaison between the customer and the company, understanding the customer’s business objectives, and aligning the product or service to meet those objectives.
