Walk-in Drive at HCLTech – Voice Process Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for all accounts payable activities for the assigned entity
• Be responsible for Accounts Payable responsibilities for a global clients F&A process
• Be responsible for Invoice Processing, Travel & Employee Expenses Payment process and Vendor queries
• Strict adherence to Activities TAT, Accuracy, KPIs and other SLAs
• Be responsible for Invoice Processing, Travel & Employee Expenses Payment process and Customer/Vendor queries
• Produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for HCL Management & Client Management
• Responsible for Quality Check of Weekly Transactions
• Implement effective Internal Controls and Compliances with respect to all Financial Transactions
• Responsible for Continuous Process Improvements
• Produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for HCL Management
• Client Management.

Walk-in Drive at HCLTech -Skills Required

• Description: The ability to analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Skills: Financial Modeling, Ratio Analysis, Trend Analysis.
• Skills: QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero, or other industry-specific software.
• Description: Competence in using accounting software to manage financial transactions and produce accurate financial statements.
• Skills: GAAP/IFRS knowledge, Financial Statement Preparation.
• Description: The skill to prepare and present financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
