Telus International Off Campus Drive for Fresher – Roles & Responsibilities For Procurement Specialist
- Understanding the user requirements usually come from IT and Facilities team and after all clarity floating RFQ with on-boarded suppliers, quote comparison, securing appropriate approvals, budget check, PR to PO, tracking deliveries and processing invoice to Accounts.
- Understanding and releasing various types of POs like Capex, Opex, AMC, Blanket PO etc.
- Responsible for various vendor agreements with suppliers and services providers with the help of legal team. He will be drafting and finalise terms and agreements with vendors.
- He will be responsible for tracking POs in systems and highlight the Open POs with justification.
- Maintaining various files and logs required to keep historical data related to procurement, deliveries, vendor payments, cost centers and budget.
- Monitoring vendor performance through log against each procurement by maintaining vendor score card with valid and authentic evidences.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance and follow the set process and any exception has to be process driven.
