Roles & Responsibilities for Associate
- End to end ownership for month end activities such as FX trade out capital hedge, EPU, etc.
- Quarterly regulatory reporting as per GAAP for EMEA entities such as liquidity reporting, VAT return, etc.
- Liaising with auditors and supporting Legal Entity Controllers for audit and related documentation.
- Supervising FR/FFIEC reporting, expense and revenue allocations, local regulatory submissions and FX hedging.
- Daily. Control of activities involving reconciliations.
- Submitting weekly financial statements and liquidity reports, for selected balance sheet items.
- Conducting P&L and balance sheet reporting, including onshore/offshore ratio based analysis.
- Analyzing entity and line of business results including variance analysis, booking validation and transfer pricing compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- CA, MBA, CFA or CMA. At least six years of experience in the right area.
- Ability to lead and to encourage and groups of people.
- Good knowledge of the way things are done in the field and of accounting rules.
- Great skills when it comes to analyzing information and working with others.
- Good skills when writing and speaking and when giving presentations.
- Understanding of ways to change processes or use automation tools.
- Always looking ahead careful with details and good, at working with others.
