- Call, email or message workers at least every other week to see what’s new with their availability and interest.
- Make more ‘no-shows’ in scheduled dispatch – Communicate with workers so they do not forget to go and on time that works for them.

- Discuss upcoming dispatch opportunities with workers and ensure that they know what role they are expected to play.
