Associate:
- Responsibilities include invoice processing, PO and non-PO vouchering activity, and obstacles.
- 3-Way; 2-Way Matching; GRIR and AP Internal controls for controllership and compliance.
- Monitors vendor bills, maintains aging reporting, and resolves vendor issues such as invoice copies, customer service, vendor payment, sales tax filing, and so on.
- Purchase Orders: Generates, manages, and receives all facility-related purchase and change orders. Examine the weekly open PO report and the accuracy of the month-end PO accrual.
Digital Marketing Specialist SEO:
- Make sure the website shows up better on Google and other search engines.
- Find and use the best words (keywords) to help people find the website.
- Check how many people visit the website and how well it’s doing.
- Work with writers to make content that is good for SEO.
