Senior Executive Roles: Job Description & Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include supervision of all monthly compliance activities, with particular emphasis on GST return filings, ensuring that submissions are both timely and aligned with statutory deadlines.
• The incumbent will assume principal responsibility for the indirect tax compliance obligations of Faurecia’s legal entities.
• The role requires the preparation and the on-time submission of GST returns, ensuring all reported figures are scrupulously accurate and recorded within the prescribed statutory time frame.
• Reconciliation of figures and prompt exercise of the Input Tax Credit (ITC) entitlement will be conducted in strict accordance with the Copyright Act and all subordinate legal provisions.
• Monthly tax journal entries will be finalised, and reconciliation of General Ledger (GL) balance sheet accounts will be conducted to ensure the integrity of the financial records.
• The incumbent will maintain a comprehensive log of GST and customs-related notices, prepare the requisite replies, and liaise with authorities to secure timely submissions and the expedient closure of all assessments.
• The individual will render comprehensive support on indirect tax considerations in all business-related questions and operational tasks, thereby facilitating the seamless operation of the finance and tax functions.
• Preparation of exhaustive documentation for statutory tax audits and the GST annual return will be undertaken, verifying the completeness and precision of all working papers.
• Continuous monitoring of legislative developments will be conducted with a view to ensuring strict compliance and to identifying opportunities for lawful tax optimisation.
• Any further tasks or assignments of a tax nature, as directed by the company, will be undertaken with diligence and professionalism.

Software Engineer Roles: Job Description & Responsibilities

• Development/testing experience on different Microcontroller,SOC,Embedded C,C++,OS based projects.
• Strong Debugging experience/exposure in multi tasks applications.
• Should have good experience/understanding on System Boot up & execution of emebedded products.
• Good Knowledge of Vector HW/CANoe/CANalysers/CAPL tools etc.
• Knowledge and experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, UDS ,I2C, SPI, CAN, USB.
• Experience with different project tools GIT,issue tracking tools- JIRA,DOOR, GERRIT,Confluence,Alm, Integrity,SVN etc.
• Should have basic understanding of BT, WI-FI ,Audio/Video,HMI,Touch and different other embedded peripeherals.
• Should have good exposure of work on embedded debuggers.
• Should have Sound knowlenge & exposure to SDLC and its various stages.
• Good Presentation and documentation skills.
• Must be a good team player and act as per the project needs.
• Skills of collaborating closely with cross-functional team member.
• Business level of English.
